We offer both Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for adults of all experience levels. Complete beginners are always guided; experienced grapplers find the challenge they're looking for. Classes run Monday through Saturday — view the full schedule to find a time that works.
Our kids BJJ program accepts students as young as 3. Classes divide by age group: Little Lions (3–5), Juniors (6–9), and Teens (10–13). We focus on confidence, discipline, focus, and age-appropriate self-defense in a safe and structured environment.
Open mat sessions are available for students who want extra mat time to drill, work specific positions, or roll with training partners. Available Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. Included in all memberships.
