We focus on foundational Jiu Jitsu skills such as basic movements, beginner takedowns, and guard pulling, presented in a safe and encouraging environment. Beyond physical skills, our program teaches important life lessons in respect, focus, teamwork, and perseverance—values that will benefit your child both on and off the mats.
Each class introduces key techniques such as escapes from bad positions, beginner takedowns, and basic submissions—taught in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Beyond the physical training, students learn how to problem-solve under pressure, show respect for others, and demonstrate perseverance, both on and off the mats.
Our Youth Jiu Jitsu program for ages 10 to 13 takes students beyond the basics and into the next phase of their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey. In this class, young athletes refine their foundational skills while learning advanced techniques, positional transitions, and strategy-based training designed to improve both their physical ability and mental sharpness.
Students are encouraged to challenge themselves, set goals, and develop resilience—skills that translate directly to success in school, sports, and life. Along the way, they strengthen their discipline, focus, and self-confidence through consistent practice and teamwork.
