Our program emphasizes the technical foundations of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, providing a structured curriculum that helps students connect positions through precise, technical transitions. Each unit is designed to promote steady, daily progress, enabling students to develop a deep understanding of key positions. Initially, students will master the fundamentals, and over time, these skills will evolve into what we define as advanced Jiu-Jitsu. The goal is to help each student refine their techniques, making them their own as they grow within the art.
Our No-Gi curriculum aligns with the Gi curriculum but places greater emphasis on the unique control points required when the Gi is not in use. In No-Gi classes, we take a deeper dive into submission wrestling, focusing on techniques and strategies that optimize performance in this fast-paced, grip-free environment.
